1. Scope of Work
The services to be provided by HIITWEB will be outlined in a separate proposal or quote. Any additional work not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges, subject to approval.
2. Project Timelines
Work typically begins within three (3) business days of cleared payment. Completion time may vary depending on the type of service, responsiveness, and timely provision of content and feedback by the client.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within three (3) days of the invoice date. A late fee of 1.25% per week may apply to overdue balances.
4. Ownership & Licensing
All websites created under the HIITWEB plans are provided under a licence agreement during your active subscription. This includes hosting, support, and maintenance.
If you wish to fully own and manage your website, a one-time buyout fee applies. Please request a quote for full ownership transfer.
Designs, logos, SEO assets, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of HIITWEB until full payment is received. After payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the work as outlined in the project agreement.
Third-party plugins, fonts, and tools may carry separate licensing terms.
5. Revisions
Unless stated otherwise, each service includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are subject to extra charges.
6. Cancellations
A cancellation fee of £100 or more may apply if a project is terminated after work has started, depending on time invested and materials delivered.
7. Disputes & Refunds
Disputes must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of work completion. Refunds are not offered for completed work or services that have already been rendered. We aim to resolve all matters in good faith. Mediation may be considered as an alternative to legal action.
8. Privacy
We handle all client data in accordance with UK data protection laws. No personal or business information will be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
